The President of the Council for Development and Reconstruction, Eng. Nabil El-Jisr, met with a delegation from the Contractors Syndicate headed by its Chairman, Eng. Fouad El-Khazen, in the presence of the Head of Engineers Syndicate in Beirut, Dr. Bilal El-Alayli. The meeting was devoted to discuss the mechanism adopted by the Council for Development and Reconstruction for the submission of statements that verify the implementation of projects by contractors or studies by consultants.
