In accordance with the Council of Ministers Resolution No. 21 dated 15/06/2010, the President of the Council for Development and Reconstruction, Eng. Nabil El-Jisr carried out a working visit to the headquarters of the OPEC Fund for International Development in Vienna to sign a loan agreement worth $ 8.4 million between the Lebanese Republic and the OPEC Fund to share in financing the sustainable agricultural development project in the mountainous areas. During this visit discussions also took place on the financing program of the Fund in Lebanon.
