Under the patronage of the Prime Minister, Mr. Saad Al-Hariri, the President of the Council for Development and Reconstruction, Eng. Nabil El-Jisr, participated in a conference on the construction sector in the Grand Saray along with the Minister of Finance Ms. Raya El-Hassan, Minister of Energy and Water Eng. Jubran Bassil and the Chairman of the Contractors Syndicate Eng. Fouad El-Khazen. The President of the Council delivered a speech which dealt with the problems of the sector and the achievements realized during the past years.
