Signing an agreement with the Italian government

The President of the Council for Development and Reconstruction, Eng. Nabil El-Jisr signed a project agreement with the Italian Ambassador Giuseppe Morabito at the headquarters of the council for 13.8 million euros to create two network sanitation plants and two sewage treatment plants in the regions of Hrajel (Keserwan district) and Mechmech (Akkar district). The agreement includes a donation of 153,000 euros which will be used to provide technical assistance to monitor the implementation of the project.
