A memorandum of understanding signed with Kuwait Fund

The President of the Council for Development and Reconstruction, Eng. Nabil El-Jisr signed  with the Kuwait Fund for Arab Economic Development a memorandum of understanding for the construction of memorials in areas that have witnessed most of the projects that were funded from the grant of the State of Kuwait. These monuments symbolize the friendship and brotherhood between the peoples of Kuwait and Lebanon.
