Inaugurating the First Phase of the "National Poverty Targeting Program"

 

Under the patronage and presence of President Michel Suleiman, the President of the Council for Development and Reconstruction, Eng.Nabil El-Jisr, participated in the ceremony announcing the first phase of the "National Poverty Targeting Program" in Baabda Palace.
