The management support consultancy MSC-CDR is one of six modules in the EC-funded project: Investment Planning Programme (IPP) for Lebanon. MSC-CDR supports both the Council for Development and Reconstruction (CDR) and the Higher Council for Privatisation (HCP), which are entrusted with infrastructure sector reform, planning and investment management in Lebanon.
