Welcome to the MSC-CDR Web Site

The management support consultancy MSC-CDR is one of six modules in the EC-funded project: Investment Planning Programme (IPP) for Lebanon.

MSC-CDR supports both the Council for Development and Reconstruction (CDR) and the Higher Council for Privatisation (HCP), which are entrusted with infrastructure sector reform, planning and investment management in Lebanon.

MSC-CDR is also in charge of the
co-ordination of the MSCs.

The IPP programme has a duration of five years ending on 31st December 2005.
