REPUBLIC OF LEBANON COUNCIL FOR DEVELOPMENT AND RECONSTRUCTION
MODIFICATION TO THE ANNOUNCEMENT PUBLISHED ON CONCERNING INVITATION TO TENDER FOR THE OPERATION & MAINTENANCE FACILITIES AT RAFIC HARIRI INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT
Following the announcement published on Wednesday January 23rd 2008 and Thursday, January 24th 2008 and Friday, January 25th 2008 and Saturday, January 26th 2008, the Governement of Lebanon, represented by the Council for Development and Reconstruction (CDR), draws the attention of tenderers to the following modifications:
1. Tenderers are requested to submit only the inner Envelope No. 1 “Technical Documents” without the Tender Security no later than April 22nd, 2008 at 12:00 noon Beirut local time. The inner Envelope No. 2 “Commercial” is not to be submitted with this submission. Envelope No. 1 will be opened on this date in public.
2. The Site Visit and Pre-Tender meeting scheduled to take place on 18th and 19th March, 2008 have been postponed to a later date that will be set by the Council for Development and Reconstruction and only companies determined to be successful will be invited to participate.
3. The Council for Development and Reconstruction will set a submission date for Envelope No. 2 “Commercial” at a later date and Tenderers determined to be substantially responsive will be advised as successful for submitting Envelope No. 2 “Commercial” accompanied by the required Tender Security.
