Request for Expression of Interest for Consulting Services
The Council for Development and Reconstruction (CDR), as executing agency acting on behalf of THE GOVERNMENT OF LEBANON, is seeking to appoint a consultant to carry out Consulting Services for the Supervision of the Design and Build of the Wastewater Treatment Plant and Sea Outfall for Sour Coastal Area Wastewater Project, which is funded by the European Investment Bank (EIB).
The COUNCIL FOR DEVELOPMENT AND RECONSTRUCTION (CDR) hereby invites intrested independent consulting firms to submit their pre-qualification documents for the above consulting services.
A minimum requirement for qualification will be to have specific experience in the Design and Supervision of construction of Wastewater Treatment Plants and Sea Outfalls, and to have a minimum annual turn-over in average over the last five years of 1.5 Million Euros.
Interested consultants may obtain the Prequalification documents from CDR during office hours, against a non-refundable fee of 500 USD (five hundred US Dollars) in the form of a banker's certified cheque in the name of the Council for Development and Reconstruction, starting from Tuesday, June 10th 2008.
Submission of the Applications must be received in sealed envelopes, which must be delivered to the Council for Development and Reconstruction - Tallet Al Serail - Beirut - Lebanon, not later than 12:00 o’clock noon, Beirut local time on Thursday, July 10th 2008 The applications will be opened at the CDR in a public session at the same mentioned date and time.
