The President of the Council for Development and Reconstruction, Eng. Nabil El-Jisr, met in his office, and in the presence of the working team of CDR, deputy Amin Sherry and President of the Federation of Southern Suburb Municipalities, Engineer Muhammad Durgham.  During the meeting, they discussed the waste file in Beirut and the southern suburbs and the obstacles that hinder the progress of work in the current contracts.
