The President of the Council for Development and Reconstruction, Eng. Nabil El-Jisr, participated in a ministerial meeting held at the Governmental Serail, chaired by Prime Minister, Dr. Hassan Diab. The meeting was devoted to discussing urgent and vital topics, most notably: the situation of rainwater and sewage drainage networks, the situation of Beirut port and the reconstruction of Beirut, government buildings damaged by the August 4 explosion, the situation of prisons and the file of solid household waste.
