The President of the Council for Development and Reconstruction, Eng. Nabil El-Jisr, received the Head of the Economic Department at the French Embassy in Lebanon, Mr. François de Ricolfis. During the meeting, they discussed the issue of rebuilding Beirut Port and the wheat silos after the damage to the port facilities as a result of the explosion of the fourth of August 2020.
