The President of the Council for Development and Reconstruction (CDR), Eng. Mohamad-Ali Kabbani, and the President of the National Authority for Solid Waste Management, Mr. Marwan Rizkallah, conducted an inspection tour that included the waste sorting plant in Karantina, which was recently rehabilitated, and the waste composting plant in Bourj Hammoud (Coral), which sustained significant damage as a result of the August 4, 2020 explosion.  The tour of the composting plant was also attended by the Mayor of Bourj Hammoud, Mr. Mardig Boghossian.  

The President of the Council for Development and Reconstruction (CDR), Eng. Mohamad-Ali Kabbani, received the Mayor of Harouf and members of the Municipal Council, in the presence of the CDR's Vice President, Dr. Ibrahim Chahrour, and members of the CDR team. During the meeting, discussions focused on the town's development needs.

On the occasion of the Banque de l'Habitat 50th anniversary, the Chairman of the Board and General Manager of the Banque, Mr. Antoine Habib, honored the President of the Council for Development and Reconstruction (CDR), Eng. Mohamad-Ali Kabbani. The ceremony was attended by members of the CDR's Board of Directors, the Government Commissioner to the CDR, and members of the Banque de l'Habitat management team. The ceremony reflects the deep-rooted and longstanding relationship between the Banque de l'Habitat and the CDR, particularly their collaboration in facilitating subsidized housing finance through Arab development funds administered by the CDR in support of the Banque's loan programs.  

The President of the Council for Development and Reconstruction (CDR), Eng. Mohamad-Ali Kabbani, received at his office, in the presence of the CDR's team, a delegation from the Jounieh and Keserwan–Ftouh Traders Association, headed by Mr. Jacques Hokayem.During the meeting, they reviewed the projects currently being implemented by the CDR in the region, particularly the Nahr El Kalb–Tabarja Link (A1) Project.

The President of the Council for Development and Reconstruction (CDR), Eng. Mohamed-Ali Kabbani, received the Mayor of Mefouq, Dr. Bashir Elias, accompanied by Municipal Council Member Mr. Nihad Khalifeh, in the presence of the CDR's working team. During the meeting, they discussed a number of development projects concerning the area.

Minister of Agriculture Dr. Nizar Hani conducted a site visit to the mountain pond construction projects in North Bekaa, which are being implemented by the Council for Development and Reconstruction (CDR) and financed through a grant from the French Government via the French Development Agency (AFD).The tour was attended by Dr. Giorgio Kallas, Member of the Board of the CDR, Project Director Eng. Sami Feghali, Green Plan Director Mr. Raymond Khoury and officials from the region.

The Ambassador of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia to the Republic of Lebanon, H.E. Mr. Fahd bin Abdulrahman Al-Dosari, received the President of the Council for Development and Reconstruction (CDR), Eng. Mohamad-Ali Kabbani.During the meeting, the two sides reviewed avenues for further enhancing bilateral cooperation between the two brotherly countries, with particular emphasis on strengthening collaboration in the field of development.

The President of the Council for Development and Reconstruction (CDR), Eng. Mohamad-Ali Kabbani, received Member of Parliament Wael Abou Faour. The meeting was attended by Board Member Mr. Firas Bou Diab, Government Commissioner to the CDR Mr. Ziad Nasr, and members of the CDR's team. Discussions focused on reviewing the projects currently being implemented by the CDR, particularly those related to potable water supply and wastewater infrastructure.

 The President of the Council for Development and Reconstruction (CDR), Eng. Mohamad-Ali Kabbani, together with members of the Board of Directors, participated in a seminar on "Public Procurement Governance and Contract Oversight." The seminar was held as part of the National Program for the Governance of Boards of Directors and Leadership in the Public Sector, launched by the Minister of State for Administrative Development (OMSAR), Dr. Fadi Makki, in June 2026.
