The President of the Council for Development and Reconstruction (CDR), Eng. Mohamad-Ali Kabbani, received a delegation from the German Development Agency (KfW). An agreement was signed for the sewage completion project in the Ghadir River Basin, funded by a €10 million grant from KfW.
