The President of the Council for Development and Reconstruction, Eng. Nabil El-Jisr, accompanied by his work team, at the Ministry of Energy and Water, met with Minister Dr. Walid Fayad, in the presence of the ministry’s work team and representatives of the World Bank. The meeting discussed the steps required to complete the project of bringing Al-Awwali water to Beirut, which is implemented by the Council for Development and Reconstruction in coordination with the Ministry of Energy and Water and the Beirut and Mount Lebanon Water Corporation and with funding from the World Bank loan.
