At the Council for Development and Reconstruction (CDR), a cooperation agreement was signed between the President of the CDR, Eng. Mohamed-Ali Kabbani, and the Ambassador of China to Lebanon, Mr. Chen Chuandong, concerning a grant worth 50 million Chinese yuan provided by the People’s Republic of China to Lebanon.

It is worth noting that the projects to be financed by this grant will be determined later by agreement between the Lebanese government and the Chinese side.
