The President of the Council for Development and Reconstruction, Eng. Nabil El-Jisr,  met with the ministers of Finance and of Energy and Water to discuss the issue of securing the necessary funds for companies that undertake the tasks of operating and maintaining sewage treatment plants and sewage pumping stations, which are still in the custody of the Council for Development and Reconstruction, waiting for the reception of these facilities by the concerned water institutions.
